Guests can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused nights.

Reservation Guarantee – All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method (credit card, transfer, or deposit).

Rates & Taxes – All room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

Occupancy – Rooms are for the number of guests specified at booking. Extra guests may attract additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds – Subject to the hotel’s cancellation and refund policies.

No-Show – Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged according to the policy.

Liability – The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings; guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided.
